Acudetox
In some Sound Healing Ceremonies, Holly also offers AcuDetox, a powerful 5-point auricular acupuncture treatment that’s renowned for its ability to regulate the nervous system, detoxify major organs, and promote deep internal healing. AcuDetox can improve sleep quality, help process stuck emotions, and alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, addiction, and PTSD.
When these two modalities are combined, you can drop even deeper into a state of receivership, fully surrendering to the wisdom of your body. When you feel safe within yourself, your body has an incredible ability to heal.

Emotional Release Rituals
What is it?
The emotional release ritual is a profound, embodiment practice that invites you to embrace your challenging emotional experiences and turn into them instead of away from them. By opening into the emotion that is creating inner chaos, you are able to complete an unexpressed stress cycles around old wounds and find the highest bliss and liberation. At times, we may be intimated to allow ourselves to feel the depth of our experiences, but this ritual lovingly invites you to embrace their intensity and free ourselves!
What to expect:
You will be invited into a breathing, feeling, sounding, moving and releasing process where you fully express the challenging emotion that is lodging in your body. You may find yourself crying, yelling, shaking, laughing or releasing your emotions in expressive ways that bring deep healing and peace to your nervous system. This ritual allows you to use your pain as a portal to higher states of consciousness and ecstatic love and freedom. It is a very emotional and powerful process! After the emotional release, you will be guided through a grounding and integration process that brings a gentle stillness to your system and allows for completion to be felt on all levels. You will finish the ritual with Sound Healing and relaxation. This is one of Holly’s favorite practices for healing.
Rose Healing Workshop
Does your sensuality feel disconnected from the rest of you?
Join me for a nurturing and transformative experience centered around the gentle, yet powerful, medicine of the rose. This sacred circle is designed to help you connect deeply with your body, release stored trauma, and find a new level of softness and healing within yourself. Like the rose, we are a beautiful, soft being and have the protection of thorns to guide us. By unraveling the walls of protection, we are able to access our inner essence!
What to expect:
We’ll begin with a Rose Tea Ceremony, a calming ritual where we’ll set our intentions and tune into the healing qualities of the rose. You’ll learn about its medicinal properties and how it supports emotional and physical healing. (20 minutes)
From there, we’ll move into Sensual Breathwork and Sounding Practice, where you'll use the breath to circulate the medicine of the rose and the energy of your heart throughout your entire body. This practice encourages a flow of healing energy, opening you to deeper levels of embodiment and pleasure.
For our Integration, I’ll guide you through a Sound Healing Journey, helping you process and anchor the healing that has taken place. We’ll end with a Closing Circle, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your experience or simply be held in the energy of the group.

Join me for a witchy, transformative healing ceremony on the night before Halloween!
We’ll be working with the sacred plant medicine of Angelica Archangelica, tapping into her gifts of divine protection, connection to the angelic realms, and mystical wisdom. Together, we'll start with intention setting and an Angelica Herbal Medicine Ritual, inviting her energy to guide us through the night.
What to expect:
From there, we’ll dive into a powerful Rage Ritual, supported by breathwork, shaking, sounding, and deep feeling to release repressed emotions and alchemize them into empowerment and liberation. Once we've moved through the intensity, we’ll ground the experience with Holographic Sound Healing, helping your body register safety and belonging, while imprinting your nervous system with pleasure.
We'll close our time together with a Share Circle to integrate the experience and seal the space, leaving you grounded, connected, and empowered.

Breast Massage Virtual Ceremony
What is it?
Breast Massage is an ancient practice that comes from the Taoist traditions. It is a powerful heart opening, clearing, and healing ritual that is designed to bring healing to your breast and chest space. Through massage, you are able to unravel the layers and hardened walls around your heart to find the truth of who you are despite everything you have experienced.
What to expect:
You can expect to do a hands-on breast massage with skin friendly oil, an energetic hands-off breast massage, or a fully clothed breast massage. We will begin by clearing any old patterns, beliefs and conditioning that we have accumulated over our lifetime and then flow into the charging and enhancing portion of the breast massage where we infuse the heart with positive intentions of healing love and acceptance. Holly works with the energies of Mother Earth and the Celestial Beings to guide this process! Breast Massage can produce a wild range of experiences from being extremely empowering, emotionally activating and/or sensual to the point of orgasm!
